Getting started
How do I sign up? Click Get Started at the top of any page, choose a plan, and you'll be billed monthly until you cancel. We never make you buy a three-year term up front.
How do I log in? Sign in at dashboard.offloadhost.com with the email you used to sign up. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" link under the sign-in form.
Does OffloadHost do WordPress? Yes — we also run OnClickWP, our fully managed WordPress product, for customers who want the whole site handled for them. Same infrastructure, different product shape.
Domains & DNS
Where do I search for a domain? The search box at the top of the homepage checks availability across our full registry + our premium-domain catalogue.
How do I point an existing domain at OffloadHost? Log in, open the Domains tab, and follow the "Connect existing domain" flow — we'll give you the nameserver records to paste at your current registrar.
Can I sell a domain I'm not using? Not currently. If you'd like to make an offer on one of our premium-catalogue domains, use the Make an Offer link on the search result.
Billing
When am I billed? On the same day each month, starting from your signup date. Invoices are emailed + available under Billing in your dashboard.
How do I update my card? Billing → Payment Methods → Update.
How do I cancel? Billing → Subscription → Cancel. Your service stays active until the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds but we also don't claw anything back.
Starter Apps
What are Starter Apps? Pre-built website templates — landing pages, portfolios, service sites, e-commerce shops, and more — that you can deploy in one click from your dashboard.
Can I customize them? Yes. Edit brand name, colours, hero copy, contact info, and images right from the Sites tab in your dashboard — no code required. Designer-level tweaks can be done through the site editor too.
Can I put a site in "coming soon" mode? Yes. Flip the Coming Soon toggle on any site and visitors will see a holding page until you're ready to launch.
Domains & DNS
Where do I search for a domain? The search box at the top of the homepage or the Domains tab in your dashboard checks availability across our full registry and our premium-domain catalogue.
Can I transfer a domain I already own? Yes. Start a transfer from the Domains tab — we'll quote the transfer price and walk you through the unlock + auth-code steps on your current registrar.
Is DNS management included? Yes, built in to every registered domain. Add A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, and DKIM records from your dashboard at no extra charge.
Email Forwarding
Can I get an email address on my domain? Yes. Email forwarding costs $1/month per domain and gives you unlimited aliases. Your mail is delivered to the inbox you already use (Gmail, Outlook, anywhere).
Do I need to configure DNS myself? No. When you turn on forwarding, the MX records plus SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured automatically.
Accepting Payments
Can I sell products through my site? Yes. The Payments tab in your dashboard lets you set up a Stripe-powered account, create products (one-time or recurring), and share a hosted checkout link — all without a separate merchant account.
What do the fees look like? Standard Stripe processing fees apply. OffloadHost doesn't add a markup on top.
Site management
Do you back up my site? Yes — automatic daily backups on every plan. Restore from your dashboard when you need it.
Can I move an existing site to OffloadHost? Yes. Contact support with your current host and we'll walk you through the transfer — most sites migrate over without downtime.
How do I cancel? Self-serve from Billing → Cancel. Service stays active until the end of the current period.
