What it's like here
OffloadHost is a small, distributed team. You'll see production. You'll ship code that real customers depend on within your first week. You'll own things end-to-end instead of bouncing between five sprint tickets in a project-manager queue. If that's attractive, you're probably our kind of person.
Open roles
We don't have any formal openings right now. That's not code for "we're closed" — it means we don't want to waste your time with a posting we aren't ready to hire for. If you're strong in one of these areas, we'd still like to hear from you:
- Systems engineering — you've run production at scale, automated the boring parts, and stayed calm during incidents
- Product engineering — you build customer-facing dashboards and care about the last 10% that separates good from great
- Customer support — technically literate, patient with non-technical customers, writes clearly
How to apply
Email [email protected] with a short note about what you've built that you're proud of, and a link to somewhere we can see your work (GitHub, a live site, a blog, a project writeup — whatever shows the work). Skip the formal resume unless we ask for it.
No tricks
We don't do eight-round interviews, take-home assignments that would cost a contractor a week, or "culture fit" panels. You talk to the people you'd actually work with. We make a decision quickly. If it's a no we tell you why. If it's a yes we make a real offer.
